The resort is widely recognized for its iconic geothermal crater, championship golf course, and an extensive variety of year-round outdoor adventures including world-class skiing, hiking, and fly fishing. With newly renovated accommodations and diverse dining options, Homestead caters to guests seeking both relaxation and active recreation amidst breathtaking mountain landscapes.
Davidson Hospitality Group, the award-winning management company behind Homestead, brings a wealth of experience and expertise in operating full-service hotels, restaurants, and entertainment venues across the United States. Known for its entrepreneurial management style and owner’s mentality, Davidson is a trusted operator for prestigious brands such as Hilton, Hyatt, Kimpton, Marriott, and Margaritaville. At Homestead, the focus is on delivering personalized service in a setting that inspires hospitality professionals to grow, innovate, and craft exceptional guest experiences.
We are seeking a creative, dynamic, and passionate Executive Chef to join our team in this stunning mountain setting. This full-time role provides an exciting opportunity for a culinary leader to drive innovation by developing seasonal menus that celebrate local ingredients and regional flavors. The Executive Chef will be responsible for inspiring and leading a diverse kitchen team, maintaining the highest standards of food quality, sanitation, and presentation, and aligning culinary operations with the resort’s financial goals.
As the Resort Executive Chef, you will oversee all culinary functions within the resort’s multiple dining venues, ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences that reflect Homestead’s reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of culinary skill, leadership, and operational acumen, with a proven ability to train and motivate a kitchen team while maintaining composure under pressure. This role requires a commitment to culinary creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment.
Joining Davidson Hospitality Group means becoming part of a company dedicated to enriching the lives of its team members through comprehensive benefits and a supportive work culture. The group’s unique approach combines the personal attention of a small company with the resources and expertise of a larger organization, creating an environment where professionals are empowered to make a meaningful impact. Working at Homestead offers not just a job, but a calling—a chance to help redefine quality hospitality and deliver memorable experiences in a breathtaking mountain resort.
