Job Requirements
- 4 plus years kitchen management experience
- 5 plus years cooking experience
- College degree or certification in culinary or hospitality field preferred
- Good knowledge of sanitation standards and proper food preparation and presentation
- Ability to understand and achieve financial goals
- Effective communication skills with the public and team members
- Proven leadership and training abilities
- Willingness to set high kitchen standards through example
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 100 pounds
- Ability to work extended hours in humid or extreme temperatures

- Lead culinary innovation and menu development showcasing local ingredients

- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Oversee inventory control and cost management to meet financial targets
- Collaborate with resort management and other departments to enhance guest dining experiences
- Maintain a positive and motivating work environment by leading by example
- Work extended hours and adapt to challenging kitchen conditions when necessary
