The role of Resort Concierge at Westgate Park City Resort & Spa is integral to the guest experience, offering personalized and highly attentive service that turns visitors' vacations into cherished memories. Paying a competitive wage of $20 per hour, with the added benefit of Daily Pay allowing employees to access their earnings as needed, this role immerses you in the vibrant mountain resort environment. As a Resort Concierge, you will leverage your expert knowledge of Park City and the surrounding attractions to tailor recommendations for activities, dining, and excursions that suit each guest's unique preferences. This position requires full ownership of the guest journey, from the initial inquiry to departure, ensuring that every reservation, logistical detail, and special request is managed with precision and care.

Highly visible and interactive, the Resort Concierge role demands collaboration with multiple resort departments such as front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and activities coordination to exceed guest expectations consistently. A key part of your duties will be anticipating the needs of guests, providing solutions and enhancements proactively to make their stay flawless and enjoyable. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or concierge role preferred
  • Strong familiarity with local area and amenities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • Customer service oriented
  • Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a resort or hotel front desk or concierge environment preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Park City and surrounding attractions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability
  • A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work unsupervised and proven decision-making skills
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Provide tailored recommendations for activities, dining, and experiences in Park City and surrounding areas
  • Book and coordinate reservations, transportation, and excursions
  • Deliver exceptional, personalized service throughout the guest's stay
  • Serve as a central point of contact for guest requests and special arrangements
  • Partner with resort teams including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and activities to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively enhance the overall experience
