Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or concierge role preferred
- Strong familiarity with local area and amenities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Customer service oriented
- Reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a resort or hotel front desk or concierge environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of Park City and surrounding attractions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work unsupervised and proven decision-making skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide tailored recommendations for activities, dining, and experiences in Park City and surrounding areas
- Book and coordinate reservations, transportation, and excursions
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service throughout the guest's stay
- Serve as a central point of contact for guest requests and special arrangements
- Partner with resort teams including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and activities to ensure seamless service delivery
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively enhance the overall experience
