This crucial role involves the production of top-quality film by managing resin blending processes safely, efficiently, and effectively. The Resin Mixer is responsible for reading and understanding production orders, maintaining production rates, documenting quality checks, and ensuring that the correct resin blend is used on each production line. The role requires a hands-on approach, including taking production lines down and setting them back up, performing resin inventory counts, and maintaining an organized and clean work area.
