Job Requirements
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts
- Essential reading and writing skills are required
- Minimum of one year experience in an industrial environment preferred
- Must make continuous efforts to improve the quality of the product
- Must be flexible and willing to work different machines as needed
- Ability to perform well in a customer driven, safety conscious organization
- Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand 12 hours during a shift
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts
- Essential reading and writing skills
- Minimum of one year experience in an industrial environment preferred
- Knowledge of different resin types
- Understanding of repro quality
- Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred
- Ability to perform well in a customer driven, safety conscious organization
Job Duties
- Maintain expected production rates
- Read and understand production orders
- Document quality checks verifying correct count and label
- Be aware of production requirements
- Ensure proper resin blend is used on each line
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Take line down and put it back up
- Perform and maintain resin inventory counts
- Promote and implement core values daily
- Perform all other duties assigned by shift manager
