Job Description

Towne Park is a dedicated hospitality services company committed to creating exceptional experiences for millions of patients, visitors, and guests they proudly serve every day. With a focus on compassionate service, Towne Park aims to brighten the day of every customer, client, and team member by delivering professional, friendly, and attentive hospitality. The company's mission is to impact lives positively by providing a memorable experience, whether by helping to ease the anxiety of a patient and their family or by creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors in new cities. Towne Park's culture emphasizes teamwork, respect, and a genuine desire to serve others, making it a rewarding place for employees who want to make a difference through their work.

Towne Park is currently seeking Luxury Valet Staff to join their dynamic team. This role offers an opportunity to deliver top-tier valet services while ensuring safety, efficiency, and outstanding guest interactions. The position pays an hourly base rate of $20 plus tips ranging from $4 to $9 per hour, reflecting Towne Park's commitment to fair and competitive compensation. The work schedule includes AM and PM shifts with open availability required across all seven days of the week, providing flexibility and variety.

As a Guest Service Associate within Towne Park, the successful candidate will be responsible for parking and retrieving vehicles in a safe and timely manner while assisting guests with luggage when applicable. This role is pivotal in establishing a positive first and last impression by greeting guests warmly using their last names, addressing any inquiries, and delivering courteous service in alignment with Towne Park's hospitality standards. Employees enjoy a work environment that is mostly outdoors, often subjected to varying weather conditions, which adds an active and engaging dimension to the job.

Towne Park's valet staff are trained to handle vehicle operations carefully, including the potential use of a manual transmission and parallel parking, to ensure the utmost safety and vehicle care. Beyond vehicle service, valet staff also assist guests with directions, reservations, and amenities information, contributing to the overall guest experience. The role demands professionalism, attention to detail—especially in completing ticketing and key management procedures—and a people-focused attitude.

Towne Park offers employees benefits including enrollment in accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine benefits, and a 401k retirement savings plan, subject to eligibility based on job classification, length of employment, and hours worked. Seasonal and temporary roles are excluded from these benefits, reinforcing the company's commitment to rewarding long-term team members with valuable perks.

In summary, working as a Luxury Valet Staff at Towne Park is more than just a job—it is a chance to provide meaningful service that leaves a lasting impression on guests. Employees have the authority to act within clear guidelines while receiving the necessary support and accommodations to succeed, including physical requirements that involve occasional heavy lifting, extended periods of standing or walking, and adapting to outdoor environments. Towne Park is an ideal choice for individuals seeking a hospitality role that combines active engagement, professional growth, and a mission to create smiles every day.
