Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to travel throughout assigned sales area
- Willingness to work long and sporadic hours including weekends
- Physical ability to enter attics and crawl spaces regularly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable self-starter mentality
Job Qualifications
- Experience in outside sales, preferably in a one-call-close residential in-home environment
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in skilled trades business model such as HVAC, plumbing, pest control, lawn care, roofing, or related fields
- Ability to travel to pre-set appointments using company vehicle
- Strong work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Comfortable entering attics and crawl spaces regularly
Job Duties
- Act as a residential sales representative for new and existing customers
- Drive to assigned sales locations and meet with customers in their homes
- Evaluate customer needs and present tailored HVAC options
- Sell through relationship-building and one-call-close techniques
