Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid non-CDL driver’s license
Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years or more than 2 minor violations
Two or more consecutive years of driving experience in the USA
Adequate auto insurance coverage
Experience in cleaning and facility maintenance
Ability to frequently lift items up to 50 lbs
Ability to work independently and with a team
Strong time management skills

Job Qualifications

Valid non-CDL driver’s license and clean driving record
At least two consecutive years of driving experience in the USA
Adequate auto insurance coverage
Experience providing high attention to detail in cleaning and maintenance of facilities
Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs frequently
Strong time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

Visit various multifamily properties to provide daily upkeep and janitorial duties
Collect trash from all interior and exterior receptacles and common areas
Pick up loose trash and debris
Sweep, vacuum, mop as needed
Dust and wipe down areas as needed
Wipe down interior walls and report if repairs or paint are needed
Maintain exterior and interior entry and tour route daily and check throughout the day for upkeep
Clean restrooms including wiping down surfaces, mopping, toilets and urinals, disposing of and relining trash, refilling soap and paper towel receptacles
Maintain doggie bag stations by emptying and relining waste receptacles
Maintain doggie parks by removing waste and emptying and relining waste receptacles
Remove and dispose of animal droppings found throughout the property
Report any damage or leaks in buildings to apartment staff with photo documentation
Communicate with Operations team for additional waste-related services
Take before and after photos for quality control as necessary
