Job Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the United States
Complete a background check
Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8 am to 5 pm
Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients
Valid driver’s license and reliable driving record for team leads

Job Qualifications

No prior house cleaning experience required
Ability to follow established cleaning protocols
Strong communication skills to interact with customers
Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday during daytime hours
Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
Valid driver’s license preferred for team lead positions
Bilingual communication skills preferred

Job Duties

Clean customers homes according to Molly Maid standards
Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
Follow proven cleaning process to ensure customer satisfaction
Manage the team's schedule and drive safely (for team leads)
Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure the company car is properly stocked with supplies (for team leads)
Provide exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business
Work collaboratively with team members to meet client needs
