Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Available to work Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm
- Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients
- Valid driver's license for team lead positions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in residential cleaning a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow procedures consistently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic maintenance skills for team leads
- Valid driver's license required for team leads
Job Duties
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Follow established cleaning processes to ensure high-quality service
- Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle customer appointments efficiently
- For team leads, manage the team's schedule and drive safely
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure supplies are stocked
- Provide excellent customer service and foster positive relationships
