Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- Available to work Monday through Friday during the day from 8am to 5pm
- Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients
Job Qualifications
- No prior experience required
- Willingness to learn and follow cleaning processes
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Attention to detail
- Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks
- Bilingual preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Follow our process to ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate with customers and team members in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to delight clients
- Maintain physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks including mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Adhere to scheduled appointments and maintain punctuality
- Use and care for company-provided cleaning supplies and equipment
