Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Pass a background check
- Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and working overhead
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 7:45 am to 4:45 pm
- Ability to communicate with clients effectively
- Valid driver's license required for team leads
- No prior experience necessary
Job Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Willingness to learn and follow established cleaning procedures
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Ability to work well with a team and adapt to different environments
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record preferred for team leads
- Experience in housekeeping or customer service is a plus but not required
- Bilingual skills preferred but not necessary
Job Duties
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Follow cleaning processes to delight customers
- Communicate with customers and team members in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage team schedules and drive company vehicle if assigned as team lead
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure supplies are stocked
- Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals
