Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7am to 4pm
- Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients
- Valid driver's license for team lead positions
- Willingness to follow the company’s cleaning process and standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior experience required as full training is provided
- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, bilingual preferred
- Valid driver's license for eligible team lead positions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Job Duties
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Follow the company's proven cleaning process to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage the team's schedule and drive safely (for team leads)
- Maintain equipment and ensure the company car is loaded with appropriate supplies (for team leads)
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer requests effectively
- Uphold company policies and safety standards during all cleaning tasks
