Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid California driver's license
- Previous experience in valet or residential service role preferred
- Ability to safely park and retrieve vehicles
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
- Ability to work PM and overnight shifts
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Physical capability to handle luggage and drive vehicles safely
Job Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license
- Proven experience in valet or residential service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate two-way radios and property management systems
- Excellent time management skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional, anticipatory service to residential owners and guests
- Oversee safe and efficient handling of vehicles and luggage
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the porte cochere and surrounding public areas
- Operate communication tools including two-way radios and property management systems
- Coordinate with Concierge, Lifestyle Ambassadors, Housekeeping, and Facilities to execute resident requests
- Arrange transportation services and store and retrieve packages and luggage
- Adhere to safety and security protocols including vehicle key handling and parking procedures
