This position is both full-time and part-time, with a schedule that includes 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, weekend availability, and overnight shifts. Our ideal candidate will have a strong ability to multitask, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of hospitality principles. Experience in customer service and phone etiquette is essential, and having a background in concierge services is highly preferred. This role requires reliability and a proactive attitude to resolve problems effectively and respond appropriately to residents' complaints. The pay rate for this position ranges from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour, reflecting the value we place on quality service and dedication.
