Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
- Minimum of 1 year phone etiquette experience
- Minimum of 1 year time management experience
- SORA certification required
- Ability to commute to Fort Lee or plan to relocate before starting work
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Answer and relay requests for information such as directions area attractions and restaurant suggestions
- Inform residents about facilities such as the swimming pool and business center
- Attend to residents requests and needs in a professional courteous and efficient manner
- Deal professionally with residents inquiries effectively solve problems and respond appropriately to complaints
- Assist residents with outstanding customer service
- Maintain a flawless reputation by providing outstanding guest service
