We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Concierge to join our team. This full-time or part-time position offers a competitive salary starting at $16.50 per hour, with the pay scale based on experience, and ranges from $17.50 to $18.00 per hour for qualified applicants. The Concierge will serve as the first point of contact for residents, responding to inquiries, addressing complaints, and providing information about local services. The role demands excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, time management, and a deep understanding of hospitality principles.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in customer service and phone etiquette, with concierge experience being highly preferred. This position requires a professional demeanor and the ability to handle residents' requests with efficiency and respect. Working hours include an 8-hour shift with flexibility across day, night, and overnight shifts, accommodating various schedules to ensure round-the-clock service.
