Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must have a valid Illinois PERC card and 20-hour security training certificate or ability to obtain
- Minimum 2 years of residential concierge or front desk security experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must pass a drug screening and background check

- Open to working a swing schedule
- Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties
- Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Enforce access control procedures and monitor visitor management systems
- Observe, report, and document incidents, safety hazards, or suspicious activity
- Conduct routine patrols of the property to ensure a secure and orderly environment
- Maintain situational awareness and respond promptly to emergencies or concerns
- Adhere to all company policies, post orders, and client procedures
- Communicate effectively with property management, clients, team members, and contractors
- Responsibly use company and client-provided equipment for security and monitoring tasks
- Perform additional duties as required by site management or MFort supervisors
