We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and professional Concierge to join our team and take responsibility for attending to our residents' requests and needs efficiently and courteously. This role is vital for fostering a positive relationship between our residents and the community, as the concierge serves as the first point of contact and a valuable resource for all inquiries and issues. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, hospitality expertise, and a strong ability to multitask effectively to manage various demands. Additionally, familiarity with local area services is a must to provide accurate and helpful information to residents. As a concierge, you will handle resident inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and discretion, ensuring that every interaction contributes to maintaining our community's flawless reputation for exceptional guest service.

This position is available on a full-time and part-time basis, with competitive compensation starting at $16.50 per hour, dependent on experience. Work schedules include 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, with availability required for weekends and overnight shifts. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Cliffside Park or have plans to relocate in advance of employment. Previous experience in customer service and phone etiquette is required, ideally with a minimum of one year, while concierge experience is highly preferred. The role demands excellent time management skills and the ability to provide consistent, high-quality service in a dynamic environment.
