Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
at least one year of customer service experience
at least one year of phone etiquette experience
at least one year of time management experience
ability to commute to cliffside park or plans to relocate
availability for overnight shifts
minimum of three years concierge experience preferred
reliability and professionalism in work ethic

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
proven experience in customer service
knowledge of hospitality principles and local services
ability to multitask and manage time effectively
friendly and professional demeanor
previous concierge experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

attend to residents inquiries and requests in a professional manner
respond appropriately to complaints and resolve problems efficiently
provide outstanding customer service to all guests
maintain up-to-date knowledge of local area services to assist residents
manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
communicate clearly and courteously with residents and team members
help maintain the community's positive reputation through consistent service excellence
