We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Concierge to join our team. This role requires a professional who is courteous, efficient, and attentive to the needs and requests of our residents. The Concierge acts as a vital point of contact, addressing inquiries, resolving problems, and responding to complaints promptly and effectively. This person must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and expertise in hospitality, coupled with a thorough understanding of local area services. The role involves assisting guests with outstanding customer service to ensure a flawless reputation is maintained. This position is available as both full-time and part-time, offering a competitive starting salary of $16.50 per hour, adjusted according to experience. The standard work schedule includes 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed. Reliable transportation to Cliffside Park or plans to relocate before starting work are required.
