Job Requirements
- Customer service experience of at least one year
- Phone etiquette experience of at least one year
- Time management experience of at least one year
- Reliable commute to Cliffside Park or planning to relocate
- Ability to work both full-time and part-time shifts
- Willingness to work weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle complaints professionally
Job Qualifications
