Job Requirements
- must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- one to three years of concierge experience in a luxury environment
- troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- excellent customer satisfaction and people skills
- ability to multi-task in a demanding environment
- fluent in English, reading and writing
- at least two years of post-secondary education preferred
- excellent excel, word, and computer skills
- ability to utilize a variety of software including Outlook, MS Office, HotSOS, Keytrack
- flexible schedule to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, overtime, evenings, and overnight on occasion
- strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- ethical and moral approach to business conduct
Job Qualifications
- One to three years of concierge experience in a luxury environment

- Serve as a role model for appropriate business conduct and ethical principles
Job Duties
- Respond to resident support needs with the highest level of timeliness, hospitality and professionalism
- Accommodate special requests and resolve resident complaints
- Assist residents in all inquiries related to common area services and a la carte requests
- Ensure timely and quality-driven completion of service requests through monitoring of HotSOS
- Process packages, faxes, messages, and mail accurately and in a timely manner
- Manage access to the building and units for vendors, contractors, service providers, and visitors
- Update and maintain information for vendors, restaurants, and local businesses
- Utilize software programs to input special arrangements and coordinate with service providers
- Monitor fire alarm panel and respond to emergency situations
- Coordinate booking of service elevator and loading dock for move-in or move-out
- Assist Resident Service Attendants and Doorman as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the Residential Lobby
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Assistant Director or Director of Residences
