Job Requirements
- Ability to lift 30 lbs
- Stand, bend, kneel, push, pull, and perform cleaning duties
- Ability to read, speak, and write English fluently
- Valid driver’s license
- Own transportation with verified car insurance
- Pass a background check
- Full-time availability Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Job Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of client homes
- Follow company cleaning protocols and safety guidelines
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled hours
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies provided by the company
- Lift, bend, kneel, and perform physical cleaning tasks safely
- Participate in training sessions and adapt to new cleaning techniques
