Job Requirements

Must pass a background check
Own a reliable vehicle for transportation
Availability Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks comfortably
Willingness to work a physically active job
Must be trustworthy and dependable
Friendly and energetic demeanor suitable for a team environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous cleaning experience is an advantage but not required
Ability to learn and follow detailed instructions
Strong work ethic and reliability
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Positive attitude and willingness to engage in physically active work

Job Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
Travel independently to various client homes using personal vehicle
Adhere to company standards for quality and service
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
Follow safety protocols and company policies
Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled jobs on time
