We are currently seeking dependable and friendly Residential Cleaners or Maids to join our team. This full-time position offers a pay range of $18.50 to $24.50 per hour, reflecting a competitive wage within the industry, with an approximate bi-weekly gross pay between $1,408 and $1,786 based on hours worked. Additionally, new hires receive a $100 sign-on bonus. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing employees with life-friendly hours free from weekend and holiday shifts. This role involves cleaning and sanitizing residential homes, following health, safety, and cleaning protocols, and using company-provided supplies and equipment.

As a Residential Cleaner or Maid at Fresh Tech Maids, no prior experience is necessary as we provide full training to help you succeed. Communication skills and a positive attitude are essential, as you will be interacting with clients and team members regularly. You must be physically capable of lifting up to 30 pounds and standing or moving throughout the day. A reliable car and valid driver’s license are required due to the nature of service coverage in various neighborhoods throughout the Chicago metro area.
