The role available is for a residential cleaner who will primarily work daytime shifts, typically from 8 AM to 5 PM, providing thorough cleaning services to residential properties. This part-time position offers an hourly rate between $19.00 and $23.00, depending on experience and performance, with an expected workload of 10 to 30 hours per week. The role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, friendly, and have a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities include cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, changing linens, doing laundry, and ensuring that all spaces are tidy and well-maintained. The residential cleaner will also be required to perform move-in, move-out, and deep clean services, addressing the varied needs of each client’s home.

Candidates should be physically capable of performing the duties which involve lifting, bending, kneeling, and twisting throughout the day, with the ability to consistently lift up to 20 pounds. A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license are essential, as the job requires travel within the greater Spokane and Coeur d’Alene area. Attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to work independently without supervision are critical to succeed in this role.
