The role being offered is that of a residential house cleaner, specifically targeted towards candidates seeking part-time daytime shifts, typically scheduled between 8 AM and 5 PM. Job Requirements

  • Must be in the greater Spokane and CDA area
  • must have a reliable vehicle and valid drivers license
  • must be able to consistently lift 20 lbs, bend, kneel, and twist
  • must be willing to complete criminal and background check
  • clean reachable areas in houses with use of a two-step ladder
  • keep equipment clean and ready to use
  • able to work with little supervision
  • house cleaning experience minimum 1 year

Job Duties

  • Conduct regular cleaning of assigned residential properties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, and tidying up living spaces
  • perform move in/move out/deep clean services of homes
  • change linens, wash dishes, and do laundry as required
  • use a range of cleaning supplies and equipment to perform cleaning tasks effectively
  • inspect rooms for safety hazards and report any issues to the homeowner or company management
  • replenish cleaning supplies as needed
  • ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
  • protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
  • notify superiors of any damages, deficits, and disturbances
  • deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
