Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant property management experience preferred
- Must obtain Hawaii Real Estate License within 90 days if not already licensed
- Proficiency in Yardi PMS and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle resident inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
Job Qualifications
- Experience in property management
- Proficiency with Yardi PMS software
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to organize and coordinate resident events
- Knowledge of residential leasing and property management practices
- Hawaii Real Estate License preferred or willingness to obtain within 90 days
Job Duties
- Achieves the community's resident satisfaction and retention goals by ensuring resident complaints and/or concerns are resolved in a timely manner and by answering questions concerning rent and fee payments
- Completes call-backs on all service requests within 24 hours to ensure resident satisfaction
- Develops, produces and coordinates resident communications, including newsletters, surveys, lease violation letters, and other communications
- Organizes and coordinates resident functions such as parties, birthday cards, welcome gifts, and unit visits
- Evaluates the appearance and overall curb appeal, landscape, office environment and vacancies daily to ensure readiness for leasing tours and model showings
- Reviews and follows up on Courtesy Patrol Officer and Valet Living nightly reports regarding incident reports and lease violations
- Monitors the Front Desk phone and email throughout the day, returning calls and emails as necessary
- Prepares community access keys, fobs, and other materials for move-ins
- Assists with coordinating vendors and resident communication during emergency maintenance situations when necessary
