The job involves multiple facets such as conducting move-out assessments to determine damage charges, administering move-in paperwork and inspections, resolving resident complaints with a high standard of customer service, and supporting administrative functions at the community center. Familiarity with property management software like Yardi or RealPage is advantageous, and experience in property management will be considered a plus.

Overall, this role demands a proactive, personable individual committed to enhancing the living experience of military families through exceptional service delivery, efficient coordination, and community development initiatives.
