Job Requirements

  • Current active LPN or RN license in state of practice
  • Associates Degree
  • 2-3 years supervisory experience
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods
  • Ability to push and pull objects and lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted
  • Full use of hands, arms, and legs
  • Ability to read thermometers, charts, and testing equipment
  • Basic reading and writing skills
  • Ability to speak English in an understandable manner

Job Qualifications

  • Associates Degree
  • 2-3 years supervisory experience
  • Experience in gerontological nursing preferred
  • Experience working with dementia populations preferred
  • Current active LPN or RN license in state of practice

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day activities and personnel providing clinical services to residents
  • Lead the Health and Wellness Team ensuring delivery of compliant clinical services
  • Provide direction and oversight to clinical staff
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and quality standards
  • Manage resident care plans and coordinate clinical interventions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident well-being
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance and implement improvements
