Job Requirements
- Current active LPN or RN license in state of practice
- Associates Degree
- 2-3 years supervisory experience
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods
- Ability to push and pull objects and lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Full use of hands, arms, and legs
- Ability to read thermometers, charts, and testing equipment
- Basic reading and writing skills
- Ability to speak English in an understandable manner
Job Qualifications
- Associates Degree
- 2-3 years supervisory experience
- Experience in gerontological nursing preferred
- Experience working with dementia populations preferred
- Current active LPN or RN license in state of practice
- Basic reading and writing skills

Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day activities and personnel providing clinical services to residents
- Lead the Health and Wellness Team ensuring delivery of compliant clinical services
- Provide direction and oversight to clinical staff
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and quality standards
- Manage resident care plans and coordinate clinical interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident well-being
- Monitor and evaluate team performance and implement improvements
