The Resident Services Coordinator role at Arden Courts is a critical leadership position within the Health & Wellness Team. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and personnel responsible for providing clinical services within the community, ensuring compliance with industry standards and policies. As the leader of the clinical services team, the Resident Services Coordinator provides direction and oversight required to maintain top-quality care and clinical excellence. Candidates in this role will be expected to possess strong supervisory skills, preferably with experience in gerontological nursing and dementia care, reflecting the specialized nature of Arden Courts' resident population.

This position requires an active LPN or RN license in the applicable state and involves physical demands such as the ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds. Job Requirements

  • Current active LPN or RN license in state of practice
  • Associates Degree
  • 2-3 years supervisory experience
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods
  • Ability to push and pull objects and lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted
  • Full use of hands, arms, and legs
  • Ability to read thermometers, charts, and testing equipment
  • Basic reading and writing skills
  • Ability to speak English in an understandable manner

Job Qualifications
