The role requires physical stamina for extended periods of standing, walking, bending, and lifting, reflecting the hands-on nature of the position. Qualified applicants must hold an active LPN or RN license in the state of practice, have strong communication skills, and possess the ability to manage diverse clinical teams effectively.
