Job Requirements
- Associates degree
- 2-3 years supervisory experience
- experience in gerontological nursing
- current active LPN or RN license in state of practice
- basic reading and writing skills
- ability to speak English understandably
- physical ability to stand, walk, bend, squat for prolonged periods
- ability to push, pull, lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- full use of hands, arms, legs for writing and medication administration
- ability to read thermometers, charts, testing equipment
Job Qualifications
- Associates degree

- knowledge of dementia population care
- current active LPN or RN license
- strong communication skills
- ability to manage clinical teams effectively
Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day clinical services activities and personnel

- direct and manage nursing staff and clinical operations

- oversee medication administration and clinical protocols
- ensure safety and regulatory compliance
