The role of Resident Services Coordinator at Arden Courts is pivotal in overseeing the day-to-day operations and personnel who provide clinical services within the community. As the leader of the Health & Wellness Team, the Resident Services Coordinator provides essential direction and oversight to guarantee the consistent delivery of compliant, high-quality clinical care. This position demands a hands-on approach, combining managerial oversight with clinical knowledge, especially in addressing the needs of residents with dementia and related conditions. The coordinator not only supervises staff but also ensures that clinical practices align with regulatory requirements and company standards. Job Requirements

  • Associates degree
  • 2-3 years supervisory experience including gerontological nursing
  • Current active LPN or RN license in state of practice
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods
  • Ability to push and pull objects and lift up to 50 pounds unassisted frequently
  • Full use of hands, arms, and legs
  • Ability to read thermometers, charts, and testing equipment

Job Qualifications

  • Associates degree
  • Current active LPN or RN license in state of practice
  • 2-3 years supervisory experience
  • Experience in gerontological nursing
  • Familiarity with dementia population care
  • Basic reading and writing skills
  • Ability to speak English in an understandable manner

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day activities and personnel providing clinical services
  • Lead the Health and Wellness Team
  • Ensure delivery of compliant clinical services
  • Provide direction and oversight to clinical staff
  • Monitor adherence to healthcare regulations
  • Facilitate communication between staff and management
  • Support quality improvement initiatives
