The role of Resident Services Coordinator at Arden Courts is pivotal in overseeing the day-to-day operations and personnel who provide clinical services within the community. Job Requirements
- Associates degree
- 2-3 years supervisory experience including gerontological nursing
- Current active LPN or RN license in state of practice
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods
- Ability to push and pull objects and lift up to 50 pounds unassisted frequently
- Full use of hands, arms, and legs
- Ability to read thermometers, charts, and testing equipment
Job Qualifications
- Associates degree
- Current active LPN or RN license in state of practice
- 2-3 years supervisory experience
- Experience in gerontological nursing
- Familiarity with dementia population care
- Basic reading and writing skills
- Ability to speak English in an understandable manner
