The company is currently recruiting for the position of Resident Services Coordinator at the Redi Properties located in Denver, Colorado. This role is essential for bridging residents with valuable community resources and ensuring that their social service needs are met effectively. In addition to social services, the Resident Services Coordinator will focus on economic development opportunities for project-based residents by aiding them in finding employment, job training, and advancement prospects. This includes coordinating job search activities, such as informing residents about job fairs, assisting with resume development, and identifying advancement opportunities. Educational programs promoting health care, agency support, life skills, safety, and credit management will also be coordinated by the coordinator to improve resident well-being.
The coordinator is expected to develop and maintain strong partnerships with local agencies to sponsor wellness and educational events, organize community resource directories, and facilitate communication between residents and service providers. Responsibilities extend to assisting residents with opening bank accounts and collaborating with non-profit organizations to enrich resident services and activities. Administrative support within the office, including data entry, answering phones, and filing, forms part of the role alongside direct resident interaction through greeting prospective tenants, assisting during apartment inspections, and supporting resident retention and renewal programs.
Ross offers competitive compensation for this role, with a pay rate ranging from $29 to $30 per hour. The company provides an extensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life and AD&D insurance, paid time off, 11 paid holidays, an employee assistance program, career advancement opportunities, and training and development.
