Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- ability to travel a minimum of 60 percent
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- intermediate computer knowledge and office equipment skills
- previous experience in customer-facing or customer service roles
- strong understanding of Fair Housing guidelines, policies, procedures, and leasing documents
- where required by law, must have state leasing license or ability to obtain the required license within the timeframe

Job Duties
- Ensure daily marketing, administrative, and financial operations under the direction of the Community Manager BTR
- perform general office administrative duties including answering phones, emails, and managing written correspondence
- conduct sparkle touch-ups and assist with grounds upkeep as directed
- provide effective customer service to prospective tenants, current residents, and staff with in-depth community knowledge
- maintain understanding of local market competitor specials and leasing incentives
- log all prospect information accurately in Property Management software
- assist with lease application process and prepare new lease contracts and move-in requirements
- communicate promptly using industry-specific technology
- review daily exceptions report and adjust move-in dates as necessary
- promote and utilize third-party online leasing programs such as self-guided and virtual tours
- assist with completing Move Out Vacant Inspection Checklist (MOVIC) accurately and timely
- assist with daily community inspections to ensure policy compliance
- perform other duties as assigned
