Job Description

Kairoi Residential is a leading multifamily property management company dedicated to creating exceptional living experiences across its portfolio of high-performing residential communities. The company prides itself on delivering long-term value to investors, associates, and especially the residents who call its properties home. At the core of Kairoi’s philosophy is the mission to provide opportunities in every aspect of its business. The name "Kairoi" (pronounced Ki-roy) symbolizes opportune moments when opportunities are seized, reflecting the company’s commitment to empowering and inspiring its team to make the most of every moment. Kairoi Residential is more than just a property management company—it’s a community builder fostering vibrant living environments where residents feel connected and valued.

The Resident Experience Coordinator role at Kairoi Residential is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about community engagement and event planning within the multifamily housing sector. As the heart of resident engagement, this role is responsible for planning and executing a wide range of events and programs aimed at enhancing resident satisfaction and fostering a sense of belonging within the community. The Resident Experience Coordinator combines creativity, organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities to transform everyday spaces into thriving hubs of social interaction and connection.

In this role, you will organize dynamic and memorable resident events, carefully coordinating every detail from securing vendors to managing budgets and creating inviting atmospheres. This position requires a budget-savvy approach to deliver exceptional value while maximizing resources. You will also serve as a hospitality ambassador, greeting residents warmly and ensuring inclusive and engaging experiences that build strong community bonds.

Beyond event management, the Resident Experience Coordinator is a communication expert who crafts engaging newsletters, manages social media efforts, and supports outreach initiatives to extend the community spirit beyond physical boundaries. You will keep meticulous records of event attendance and resident feedback, using these insights to continuously enhance program offerings.

This role suits individuals who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude. The Resident Experience Coordinator works collaboratively but can also independently manage responsibilities with flexibility, including working evenings and weekends as needed. Compensation is competitive and based on experience and community, with performance-based incentive opportunities. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, 401k with company match, generous paid time off including holidays and sabbaticals, exclusive discount programs, and comprehensive training opportunities to support career growth.

Kairoi Residential embraces diversity and inclusion, promoting equal employment opportunities for all applicants regardless of race, religion, gender, or other protected characteristics. Employment is contingent upon successful background checks and drug screenings, and candidates must hold a valid driver’s license with no major infractions in the past 12 months. If you are eager to contribute to a vibrant community and grow your career in multifamily residential management, Kairoi Residential offers an exceptional platform for personal and professional development.
