This role involves organizing, coordinating, and implementing weekly resident social programming to foster community engagement and outreach. The Resident Event Coordinator is responsible for planning events and activities that promote resident socialization, growth, and development, maintaining a monthly activity calendar, and effectively communicating these events through documentation and social media promotion. This individual will work enthusiastically to encourage resident attendance and participation in events, ensuring these activities are executed successfully within a monthly budget.

- Promote resident socialization, growth, and development by planning and executing resident activities
- Work enthusiastically to enhance our residents to attend and conduct resident events
- Document resident events, event planning, event calendar, social media to promote resident events
- Ability to plan events within monthly budgeted
- Work a flexible schedule
