Financial acumen is a critical component of this role. The Resident District Manager must oversee budgets, financial statements, and profitability metrics while educating teams on margin improvement and operational efficiency. Leading productivity initiatives and cost management practices are necessary to ensure optimal value delivery to clients and the company. This position requires a seasoned leader with proven management experience, preferably with 5 to 10 years of leadership roles including profit and loss responsibility in hospitality, retail, food and beverage, or related industries. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership skills, business judgment, and the ability to foster strong client and consumer relationships. The capacity to assess, hire, develop, and retain talent is essential. A Bachelor’s degree is generally required, with an advanced degree in business or a related field viewed favorably. Aramark values communication and teamwork skills, along with a track record of leading through change and turnaround initiatives.

With a mission grounded in service and a commitment to equality and inclusiveness, Aramark provides a platform for employees to grow while contributing meaningfully to their communities and the world at large. This role is an excellent opportunity for ambitious leaders looking to make a significant impact in a global company with a strong ethical foundation and a focus on empowering its workforce.
