Job Requirements

- minimum of 1 year experience in hospitality residential or front desk roles
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency with computer systems including email and MS Office

Job Duties
- Act as primary point of contact for resident and guest inquiries non-financial
- manage incoming calls and general inquiries with prompt message delivery
- coordinate move-ins and move-outs
- manage guest access logs and oversee key or access control systems
- handle incoming packages deliveries and mail including logging and resident notification
- conduct regular parking audits and report violations
- ensure professional and welcoming appearance of front of house lobby and common areas
- document maintenance requests and coordinate with maintenance team or vendors
- complete and maintain daily activity and operational reports for property leadership
