The position is ideally suited for individuals passionate about hospitality, with at least one year of relevant experience in front desk, residential, or hospitality roles. Candidates are expected to be tech-savvy, organized, and adept at managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment. Additionally, flexibility in schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays, is essential to meet the diverse needs of the residential community.

Joining Align Real Estate Management means becoming part of a forward-thinking company that values growth and development. Employees are offered pathways to advance into leasing, property operations, or leadership roles, supported by hands-on mentorship and formalized training programs. The company’s culture emphasizes positivity, initiative, and teamwork, creating a supportive environment where professional growth and community enhancement go hand in hand.
