The Full-time Resident Concierge position at The Landing plays a pivotal role as the initial point of contact for both residents and guests. The Resident Concierge manages a variety of tasks including resident and guest relations, administrative duties, access control, package handling, and supporting building operations. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year experience in hospitality or residential customer service
  • strong communication skills
  • proficiency with basic technology and software
  • ability to multitask efficiently
  • available to work weekends and holidays
  • dependable and organized

Job Qualifications

  • One year of experience in hospitality or front desk roles
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • tech-savvy with comfort using email and MS Office tools
  • organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Act as the primary point of contact for resident and guest inquiries
  • manage incoming calls and general inquiries efficiently
  • coordinate move-ins and move-outs and manage guest access logs
  • handle all incoming packages and deliveries including logging and resident notification
  • conduct regular parking audits and report violations
  • ensure lobby and common areas maintain a professional appearance
  • document and coordinate maintenance requests with the team
