Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Act as the primary point of contact for resident and guest inquiries
- manage incoming calls and general inquiries efficiently
- coordinate move-ins and move-outs and manage guest access logs
- handle all incoming packages and deliveries including logging and resident notification
- conduct regular parking audits and report violations
- ensure lobby and common areas maintain a professional appearance
- document and coordinate maintenance requests with the team
