Job Description

Trillium Woods is a Life Plan Community located on 46 beautiful acres in Plymouth, Minnesota. This full-time role is for a hospitality-focused Concierge who plays a crucial role in shaping a warm, welcoming first impression for the community. Reporting primarily Monday through Friday during day hours, this position offers a starting wage of $23 per hour, reflecting the importance of customer service excellence within the senior living industry. The Concierge is responsible for greeting and directing residents, guests, vendors, prospective employees, and other visitors with professionalism and kindness. This role also supports general office functions, including facilitating communication flow, managing mail, and assisting with technology support for residents’ personal devices. Individuals in this position help maintain smooth operations by handling deliveries, preparing maintenance work orders, and assisting the administrative director with various projects and assignments.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products

  • prior customer-facing experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Greets, directs and provides customer service to residents, associates, visitors and guests, both in-person and via telephone
  • fills in at receptionist desk when needed
  • performs general office work including distribution of communications and incoming mail, copying, filing, mail preparation
  • creates and updates documents, videos, announcements and flyers
  • provides technology support to residents for phones, computers, personal devices and applications such as email and social media
  • solves issues presented by residents, guests, vendors and suppliers ensuring organizational objectives and individual satisfaction
  • accepts delivery packages, documents receipt in log book, and notifies recipients
  • prepares maintenance work orders
  • assists Director of Administrative Services with projects and assignments
