Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills
  • Prior experience in customer-facing role in senior living community is desirable

Job Duties

  • Greet, direct and provide customer service to residents, associates, visitors and guests in-person and via telephone
  • Fill in at receptionist desk when needed
  • Perform general office work including distribution of communications and mail, copying, filing, mail preparation, creating and updating documents, videos, announcements and flyers
  • Provide technology support to residents for phone setup, computer problems, printing issues, and personal device applications such as email and social media
  • Resolve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors and suppliers in a professional manner
  • Accept delivery packages, document receipt and notify recipients
  • Prepare maintenance work orders as requested
  • Assist the Director of Administrative Services with projects and assignments
