We are currently seeking a dedicated Concierge with a strong focus on hospitality to join our team. This role is pivotal as it represents the first point of contact for residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers visiting the community. The Concierge serves as a warm and professional face welcoming everyone into Trillium Woods, contributing to the positive and respectful atmosphere that defines our community. Key responsibilities include greeting and assisting residents and visitors both in-person and via telephone, covering receptionist duties when needed, managing general office tasks such as mail distribution, communications, copying, and filing, and providing technology support to residents for their personal devices and applications. Additionally, the Concierge serves as a problem-solver who manages issues promptly and effectively to ensure organizational objectives are met while maintaining residents' satisfaction. Other duties include documenting and notifying residents of package deliveries, coordinating maintenance work orders, and assisting with administrative projects. This role uniquely combines hospitality, technology support, office administration, and interpersonal skills, making it ideal for individuals enthusiastic about engaging with seniors and promoting a welcoming environment. At Trillium Woods, we foster a culture that supports compassion, hospitality, and teamwork, ensuring that each member of our staff feels valued and empowered to contribute their best every day.
