We are currently seeking a full-time Resident Concierge to join our Hillside team. This role is pivotal in enhancing the daily lives of our residents by ensuring their safety, well-being, and independence within our Residential Living environment. The Resident Concierge serves as a welcoming and knowledgeable point of contact for residents, their visitors, and vendors, supporting a warm and inviting community atmosphere. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate guest services, offer assistance, provide important information both in person and via telephone, and manage general clerical duties using office equipment. With a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM, and competitive pay starting at $17 per hour plus additional compensation based on experience, this role offers both stability and meaningful engagement. Job Requirements
- at least one year of experience working with elderly individuals requiring memory support or equivalent training and experience
- preferred three years of clerical experience or equivalent background
- proficiency in Microsoft Suite and desktop publishing software
- ability to work full time Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM
- commitment to resident privacy and care
- effective communication skills
