The community is designed with maximum comfort, functionality, and safety in mind, featuring a reduced-stress environment that promotes sensory stimulation and enhances residents' daily experiences. Ancora Memory Support is also supported by an onsite rehabilitation clinic offering physical, occupational, and speech therapies to further assist residents and patients in maintaining independence and vitality. As part of Franciscan Ministries, Ancora embodies a mission of celebrating life and serving with joy, making it an ideal place for dedicated professionals to grow and contribute meaningfully to senior care.
The role of a Resident Care Assistant (RCA) at Ancora Memory Support is both vital and rewarding. The position requires strong compassionate qualities and the ability to recognize physical and cognitive changes in residents, reporting such changes promptly and accurately. RCAs collaborate with the care team to promote an atmosphere where residents' rights, choices, and privacy are deeply respected. This employment opportunity offers competitive compensation with additional incentives such as monthly perfect attendance bonuses and weekend shift differentials, making it an attractive option for caregivers committed to quality senior care. Ancora also supports professional development through tuition assistance and provides a comprehensive benefits package designed to support well-being and work-life balance.
