Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Willingness to work part-time or full-time day shifts including weekends
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Pass background checks and health screenings
Demonstrate strong work ethic and reliability
Uphold integrity and honesty
Maintain a positive attitude and good communication skills

Job Qualifications

Caregiving experience helpful but not required for assisted living
Demonstrated competencies in person-directed care and elder/resident-directed practice
Ability to work collaboratively in teams
Demonstrated compatibility with PHS mission and values
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
