The role available is that of a Lobby Ambassador, a vital position within the hotel that ensures Residence owners and their guests receive top-tier service and a warm, welcoming environment. As a Lobby Ambassador, you will be the primary point of contact for Residence owners, their guests, and visitors, handling inquiries, special requests, and coordinating services such as transportation, reservations, dry cleaning, and more. You will be responsible for managing visitor access, maintaining the key track system, and providing comprehensive information about the property and local amenities to enhance the guest experience.

This position demands a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a dedicated approach to customer service. You will work closely with various departments, including engineering, housekeeping, and bell services, to address and resolve resident needs efficiently. The role also involves administrative duties such as documenting shift logs, reviewing memos, and reporting incidents to ensure safety and operational excellence.
