Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum one year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to stand walk or sit for long periods
- Ability to lift carry and move objects up to 10 pounds

Job Duties
- Respond to Residence owners and their guests requests for visitor information special arrangements or services
- Gather summarize and provide information to Residence owners and their guests about property and surrounding area amenities
- Announce visitors contractors to Residence owners before allowing access and implement key track system
- Answer record and process all calls messages requests questions or concerns
- Contact appropriate individuals or departments to resolve calls requests or problems
- Assist with owners reservation services and elevator scheduling for move-in move-out
- Perform Bell valets services and Lobby Ambassador tasks
- Review shift logs daily memo books and document pertinent information
- Report incidents accidents injuries and unsafe work conditions
- Follow all company policies procedures maintain professional appearance confidentiality and protect assets
- Welcome and acknowledge Residence owners and guests anticipate service needs assist individuals with disabilities and thank with genuine appreciation
- Communicate clearly professionally and use appropriate telephone etiquette
- Develop maintain positive working relationships support team and respond to concerns
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
- Stand sit or walk for extended periods and move lift carry push pull objects up to 10 pounds
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
- Adhere to Ritz-Carlton service excellence standards
