Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum one year of related customer service experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects weighing up to 10 pounds
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Respond to residence owners' and guests' requests for visitor information, special arrangements, or services such as transportation or reservations
- Announce all visitors and contractors to residence owners before granting access and implement data into the key track system
- Answer, record, and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
- Contact appropriate individuals or departments to resolve issues
- Assist with owners' reservation services and elevator scheduling for move-ins/move-outs
- Perform Lobby Ambassador tasks and document pertinent information in logbooks
- Report incidents, accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager and complete safety training
