Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum one year of related customer service experience
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects weighing up to 10 pounds
Strong communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Commitment to company standards
Willingness to complete safety training and certifications

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Respond to residence owners' and guests' requests for visitor information, special arrangements, or services such as transportation or reservations
Announce all visitors and contractors to residence owners before granting access and implement data into the key track system
Answer, record, and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
Contact appropriate individuals or departments to resolve issues
Assist with owners' reservation services and elevator scheduling for move-ins/move-outs
Perform Lobby Ambassador tasks and document pertinent information in logbooks
Report incidents, accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager and complete safety training
