Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year related work experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
- Willingness to comply with company policies and maintain confidentiality
- No supervisory experience required

- Ability to handle guest requests with professionalism and discretion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of property management and reservation systems

Job Duties
- Respond to residence owners' and guests' requests for visitor information, special arrangements, or services such as transportation, reservations, dry cleaning
- Make arrangements or identify appropriate providers for requested services
- Announce all visitors and contractors to residence owners before granting access and implement into key track system
- Answer, record, and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
- Contact appropriate individuals or departments to resolve issues
- Assist with owners' reservation services and scheduling elevator use for move-in/out
- Support bell and valet services for owner vehicle requests
- Perform lobby ambassador tasks including reviewing shift logs and documenting information
- Report any incidents, accidents, injuries, or unsafe work conditions to management
- Follow all company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- Welcome and acknowledge all residence owners and guests, assisting individuals with disabilities
- Communicate clearly using professional language, prepare and review documents accurately, and answer telephones with proper etiquette
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships and support team goals
- Comply with quality assurance standards
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move objects up to 10 pounds
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
