The role offered is a key position within the W Hotels team, primarily responsible for providing outstanding concierge and guest services to Residence owners and their guests. This position requires responding promptly and efficiently to various requests, such as visitor information, special arrangements including transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning services, ensuring that all needs are met with utmost professionalism and care. The incumbent will be responsible for handling communications, coordinating with different departments like Engineering, Housekeeping, and Bell services, and ensuring that all visitor access is authorized and managed securely through the key track system.

This role also involves supporting owners with reservation services and assisting in logistical tasks such as scheduling elevator use for move-in and move-out processes and managing bell and valet service requests. In addition to administrative and customer service functions, the individual will perform Lobby Ambassador duties, maintaining detailed logs and shift reports to ensure seamless operations. Safety and compliance are critical aspects of this job, requiring incident reporting, adherence to company policies and procedures, and upholding the highest standards of personal presentation and confidentiality.

Beyond practical duties, the position demands exceptional interpersonal skills in welcoming residents and guests, anticipating their service needs, assisting individuals with disabilities, and building positive relationships with colleagues and customers alike. Communication skills are vital, including clear verbal interactions, accurate documentation, and professional telephone etiquette. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year related work experience
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
  • Willingness to comply with company policies and maintain confidentiality
  • No supervisory experience required

Job Duties

  • Respond to residence owners' and guests' requests for visitor information, special arrangements, or services such as transportation, reservations, dry cleaning
  • Make arrangements or identify appropriate providers for requested services
  • Announce all visitors and contractors to residence owners before granting access and implement into key track system
  • Answer, record, and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
  • Contact appropriate individuals or departments to resolve issues
  • Assist with owners' reservation services and scheduling elevator use for move-in/out
  • Support bell and valet services for owner vehicle requests
  • Perform lobby ambassador tasks including reviewing shift logs and documenting information
  • Report any incidents, accidents, injuries, or unsafe work conditions to management
  • Follow all company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
  • Welcome and acknowledge all residence owners and guests, assisting individuals with disabilities
  • Communicate clearly using professional language, prepare and review documents accurately, and answer telephones with proper etiquette
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships and support team goals
  • Comply with quality assurance standards
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move objects up to 10 pounds
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
