The position of Residence Liaison at W Hotels comes with a unique set of responsibilities dedicated to enhancing the experience of Residence owners and their guests. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a proactive approach to resolving requests, and a commitment to the highest service standards of The Ritz-Carlton brand, synonymous with luxury and meticulous attention to detail. The Residence Liaison serves as a vital point of contact, responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries and service needs such as transportation arrangements, reservations, and other personalized services. Beyond basic coordination, this role also involves managing access security by authorizing visitors and managing the key track system to ensure the safety and comfort of the residents.
Additionally, this position supports residents by assisting with their special requests and follow-ups, ensuring satisfaction and a personalized approach. The Residence Liaison must efficiently communicate with other hotel departments—such as engineering, housekeeping, and bell services—to resolve issues swiftly. Administrative duties include managing calls, messages, and scheduling services such as elevator use for move-ins and move-outs.

Job Qualifications

- At least 1 year of related work experience

Job Duties
- Respond to residence owners and guests requests for visitor information, special arrangements, or services
- Announce all visitors and contractors to residence owners before allowing access
- Process calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns, and contact relevant departments to resolve issues
- Assist with owners reservation services and scheduling of the elevator for move-in or move-out
- Support bell and valet services for owners vehicle requests
- Perform lobby ambassador tasks including reviewing shift logs and documenting information
- Report incidents and complete safety training while following company policies and maintaining confidentiality
