The role is a non-management, full-time position based at The Ritz-Carlton Residences at Miami Beach, offering an engaging work environment where employees have the chance to interact closely with Residence owners and their guests. The individual in this role acts as a primary point of contact for requests such as visitor information, special accommodations like transportation and reservations, and various services like dry cleaning. This position demands a proactive approach to fulfilling unique and special requests from Residence owners and their guests, with an emphasis on follow-up to ensure satisfaction and maintain the high standards of The Ritz-Carlton. Additionally, the role includes responsibilities such as managing visitor access by announcing and permitting entry to authorized guests only and integrating this access into the key track system, reinforcing the safe and secure environment expected at a luxury residential property.

The role goes beyond simple guest services; it involves gathering and summarizing information about the property, local amenities, and events to enhance the overall experience of the owners and guests. This includes assisting with reservation services, scheduling elevators for move-ins and move-outs, and supporting valet and bell services. Performing Lobby Ambassador duties is also a requirement, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere from the moment visitors enter. The employee is expected to maintain clear and professional communication across various channels, document pertinent information accurately, and support their team in delivering seamless service.

Job Duties

  • Respond to Residence owners and guests requests for visitor information and special arrangements such as transportation and reservations
  • Identify appropriate service providers or make necessary arrangements
  • Follow up on special requests with unique needs to ensure satisfaction
  • Gather, summarize, and provide information about property and surrounding amenities including events and activities
  • Announce and permit access to authorized visitors and implement access into the key track system
  • Answer, record, and process calls, messages, requests, and concerns
  • Contact appropriate departments such as Engineering, Bell, or Housekeeping to resolve issues
  • Assist with owners reservation services and elevator scheduling for move-ins and move-outs
  • Support bell and valet services for owners vehicles
  • Perform Lobby Ambassador duties
  • Review and document shift logs and memos
  • Report incidents, accidents, and unsafe conditions to management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain professional appearance, and protect company assets
  • Welcome and assist Residence owners and guests according to company standards
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Develop positive working relationships and support team goals
  • Comply with quality assurance standards
  • Perform physical tasks as needed including standing, walking, and light lifting
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned
