Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year related work experience
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Capability to lift and handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds

Job Duties

  • Respond to Residence owners and guests requests for visitor information and special arrangements
  • Announce visitors and authorize access using the key track system
  • Answer, record, and process calls, messages, and requests
  • Coordinate with appropriate departments such as Engineering, Bellperson, and Housekeeping
  • Assist with owners reservation services and scheduling elevator use for move-ins and move-outs
  • Perform Lobby Ambassador tasks and maintain shift logs and daily memo books
  • Report incidents, accidents, and unsafe conditions and complete safety training
