Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least one year of related work experience
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Willingness to work part-time and on-call
  • Ability to follow company policies and safety protocols
  • Availability to work on site at The Ritz-Carlton Residences Boston South

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least one year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Professional communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work with a team

  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion

Job Duties

  • Respond to Residence owners and guests requests for visitor information, special arrangements, or services by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers
  • Respond to special requests with unique needs and follow up to promote satisfaction
  • Gather, summarize, and provide information about the property and surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities
  • Announce all visitors and contractors to Residence owners before permitting access and implement into the key track system
  • Answer, record, and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
  • Contact appropriate individual or department to resolve issues
  • Assist with scheduling elevator use for move-in/out and bell/valet services
  • Perform Lobby Ambassador tasks and maintain shift logs and daily memo books
  • Report incidents, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management
  • Follow company policies and procedures, maintain professional appearance, and uphold confidentiality
  • Welcome and acknowledge Residence owners and guests according to company standards
  • Develop positive working relationships and comply with quality assurance expectations
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and perform light lifting as needed
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
  • Adhere to The Ritz-Carlton service excellence standards
