- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least one year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work with a team
- Knowledge of hospitality standards preferred

- Basic computer skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
Job Duties
- Respond to Residence owners and guests requests for visitor information, special arrangements, or services by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers
- Respond to special requests with unique needs and follow up to promote satisfaction
- Gather, summarize, and provide information about the property and surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities
- Announce all visitors and contractors to Residence owners before permitting access and implement into the key track system
- Answer, record, and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
- Contact appropriate individual or department to resolve issues
- Assist with scheduling elevator use for move-in/out and bell/valet services
- Perform Lobby Ambassador tasks and maintain shift logs and daily memo books
- Report incidents, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management
- Follow company policies and procedures, maintain professional appearance, and uphold confidentiality
- Welcome and acknowledge Residence owners and guests according to company standards
- Develop positive working relationships and comply with quality assurance expectations
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and perform light lifting as needed
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
- Adhere to The Ritz-Carlton service excellence standards
