Job Duties

  • Respond to Residence owners' and their guests' requests for visitor information and special arrangements
  • Make arrangements or identify appropriate service providers for transportation, reservations, dry cleaning, and other needs
  • Respond to unique special requests from Residence owners and guests and follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • Gather, summarize, and provide information about property amenities and local activities
  • Announce visitors and contractors to Residence owners and control access using key track system
  • Answer, record, and process calls, messages, and requests and communicate with departments like Engineering, Bellperson, and Housekeeping
  • Assist with owners' reservation services and schedule elevators for move-in/out
  • Support Bell/valet services and perform Lobby Ambassador duties
  • Review and document shift logs and daily memos
  • Report incidents and unsafe conditions and complete safety training
  • Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • Welcome and assist Residence owners and guests, including those with disabilities
  • Use clear and professional communication and telephone etiquette
  • Develop positive working relationships and support team goals
  • Comply with quality assurance standards
  • Stand, sit, or walk throughout shifts
  • Lift and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
  • Adhere to The Ritz-Carlton service excellence standards
