Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to speak clearly and professionally
- Ability to prepare and review written documents accurately
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods during shifts
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
Job Qualifications

- At least 1 year of related work experience in hospitality or customer service

Job Duties
- Respond to Residence owners and their guests requests for visitor information and special arrangements
- Make arrangements or identify appropriate service providers for requests such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning
- Announce all visitors and contractors to Residence owners before granting access and monitor visitor authorization using the key track system
- Answer, record, and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns and coordinate with appropriate departments to resolve issues
- Assist with owners reservation services and scheduling elevator usage for move-in/out
- Support bell and valet services for vehicle requests
- Perform Lobby Ambassador duties including documenting shift logs and daily memos and report incidents and unsafe conditions
