Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods
  • Ability to move, lift, transport, push, or drag items up to 10 pounds independently

Job Duties

  • Respond to residence owner requests regarding visitor information, special services (transportation, reservations, laundry)
  • Assist residence owners and guests with special needs and verify satisfaction
  • Announce and permit access only to authorized visitors and contractors, maintain key tracking system
  • Respond, record, and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
  • Contact appropriate departments (engineering, bell services, housekeeping) to resolve issues
  • Assist in reservation services and elevator coordination for resident move-ins and move-outs
  • Support valet services upon resident vehicle requests
  • Perform lobby ambassador tasks, review and document shift logs and memos
  • Report accidents, injuries, and hazardous conditions to management
  • Complete safety training and certifications
  • Maintain company policies, professional appearance, confidentiality, and protect company assets
  • Welcome and recognize residence owners and guests according to company standards
  • Anticipate service needs, assist persons with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, prepare and review written documents, answer phones with appropriate etiquette
  • Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships and support team goals
  • Ensure compliance with quality and service standards
  • Stand, sit, or walk for long periods
  • Move, lift, transport, push, drag objects up to 10 pounds
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
